The Absco Double Patio Cover will increase your entertaining area and complete your outside space. Australian made from high tensile, UV-resistant steel, this Patio/Awning comes with internal guttering and downpipes, in addition to Absco’s lifetime warranty. Wind rated to N2, this maintenance free Patio is the perfect solution for your yard. Absco Patios are designed to be connected to either brick or blockwork using dynabolts or coach screws (not supplied). If fixing the frame to existing steel/timber fascia additional strengthening may be required; please refer to engineered drawings in the manual. The frame must be anchored securely to a concrete slab (not supplied), required fixings are included in this kit. NOTE: Engineers plans for submission to local authority required. Please check with your local council before ordering. Absco recommends working at waist height using trestles and timbers for a faster build. 2-3 people are required to for assembly, please put aside up to two days for construction.
